Problem with duplicate entries in a structure.

Hi,

I am creating a custom structure by including 2 structures in it as DRSEG and COBL_MRM_D.

Now both the structures have many common fields and hence it gives an error on check.

Is there any workaround to create the structure in DDIC by including both the above structures.

Pls help with your ideas.

HI,

provide the common fields with different names... otherwise it wont accept.

ex: for name... give as name1 & name2.

but u can use same data element.

If it accepts the same name for 2 fields then problem will occur when you point the field.

Only solution for this is rename any of that field.
