Error in bdc ... cannot insert in the transaction pa30 , infotype 0105 , adding userid

Error :- usrid does not exists in given time span

Plz let me knw if u have any sol

Hi,

The Personeel number which you are trying to insert is not present as of the date range provided.

Check infotypq 0 and 1 of the person.

Are you trying to upload the flatfile data?

problem is with the Flat file data

Give the correct data based on the date and also check the users .

Even if i enter the date without flat file , while creating a new record for the same personnel no it says that this entry will delete a record and then allows to save it.

Or while creating an entry it will display warning that user does not exits in the given period.

Have you checked that personnel number in Infotype 0 and 1.

When u r creating a new user then check Start date. If start date is not equals to current date then it will give a message other wise message will not come it seems. Suppose message is coming while creating time then no issue go to PA0105 table and check it's creating or not. If it's creating that means your BDC is delimiting the record and entring new record into data base.

Yes i have checked in the infotype 0 and 1 it is same date as in those infotypes ,

I have not changed the date. i have also tried using current date but still that warning persists and the record does not exists in pa105 before creation so how does the question of delimiation arise.
