BAPI Roles

Hi Expert!!

We have done integration program from VB to SAP,VB is calling BAPI which is successfully synchronize data using bapi.

we have defined the one user in VB program who has the SAP_ALL authorzation, now, we want to define the role to that users which is using to access the bapi through VB.

What roles should be assign to that users ?

I have also defined the ABAP development roles whcih did not work and integartion program not able to connect to SAP, once i entered the users who has SAP_ALL authrozation is working fine.

please advise me which roles should be assign or what types of profile shold be create for the restricted for him.

Hello Anwer,

The user will need access to s_user* authorization objects mainly s_user_agr and s_user_grp. Basically authorizations for create and change in SU01 and PFCG.

Please assign them and check again.
