HR Letters Forms

Hi Gurus,

I have to develop HR Letter forms. Can anyone give me some idea how i proceed in that? Its very urgent. I know the PBWW T-code. In that there I need to modify the text and also include new fields. How can i add the new fields? Please give me corresponding suggestions regarding this.

Hi,

If you are doing for recruitment model there is a enhancement to populate new fields the program for it is ZPAP3CUS.

The main program is SAPMPAP3. You can use the data which is available in this program in your Forms.

Hi SC,

The HR related form can be maintained using Form Editor (Trans.Code- PE51) . The transaction PBWW is used to maintain standard text. This cannot be used to add a field. Adding field and such kind of things are done in HR forms. First find out the HR Letter form u need to modify and then u can modify it using PE51.If u want to change the standard text used in the HR form (after going into PE51) u can do it using the TC-PBWW.

Hi,

Transaction PBWW is for maintainng the text. use the transaction PE51.

This is HR form editor. There are many standard forms avilable , you can

maintain there..apart of these use t-code HR transaction....

I belive there is an infotype 0906 since ECC6 .

This is for maintaining information about letters.

Each subtype is a letter type here.

you need to associate a smartform/sapscrpit in

V_T7INFORM_SUBTY for the infotpye.

Also many people recommend PE51 to create HR letters.

I don't know how that is done.
