CLSC_FREE_MEMORY

It will clear the memory and now you will not get any shortdumps.

Thanks

Pavan Kothapalli

Hi all,

I am using a std function module (PM_ORDER_DATA_READ) in my report. But as I am using this FM in a loop, its going into a dump in 2nd iteration as the data accumulated in 1st execution still remains. ( U can just check it out by executed this FM in se37 twice by giving different production order numbers).

Is there any way to clear all the data used by this function group (COIT)..?

I've checked FREE MEMORY, but it didn't work.

Hi

You can create a z function module of type remote-enabled, which then calls the standard function module. Then in your custom program, call this custom function module instead of the standard with destination none. All memory will be cleared in RFC calls.

Thanks and regards

Kwong Tat
