needs help on Document preperation (final report)

Hi ,

Just i need some guidence in prepering final documentation,

i have worked on two phases in this project

1. Knowledge Transfer

2.worked on some interfaces .

Now i a have the job of preparing some documents (Complete Report ) on what i have done untill now .

i dont have any prear expirence on the same , can any one guide me on how to start with .

if possible please send me some sample reports (docus ) if any one has .

why would be very help ful to start with .

Just a start i need in this ,iam not sure how to build it .can any one provide me with the hint of how to build with some standard document .
