      <title>Failing Http Connection</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to send SMS thru ABAP code. For that I am creating http client in an ABAP program.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am getting an exception in the http_client-&amp;gt;recieve method saying: &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ICF Error when receiving the response: ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even when i test the standard report program 'RSWF_TEST_HTTP' to test http connection it fails .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Purva&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
