gr/gl slip

Hi :

I have a requirement where i need to modify Goods Receipt / Issue slip .

Can i copy the standard sapscript whose output type WABS and do changes according to my requirement.if some one worked on goods receipt / issue slip

script i would appreciate if you can give me any input.

Hi,

Actually that is the general procedure when we have any standard matching to the requirement, copy it to Z object , do the changes and attach it back to the program using NACE tcode(For SD, MM modules).

do i need to copy the standard print program and modify it or should develop my own print program and attach the form.

Basically we dont copy the print program, unless the requirement cannot accomodate in the code of the script.

If it is not then copy the print program and do the changes but first try to design your requirement and get it done if possible in the form only..

Copy ur SAP Standard Script to Zscript and this zlayout should assign One output type,probably this would be new output type.

Output type configured by Functional Consultant and give ur Layout name so that he will configure.

Depends on Ur requirement we need to use print Program.

If there are so many changes and need to modify lot of things then i would prefer Copy ur print program to zprint program and do the changes.

if not do not modify (I mean only layout like windows modification).

if you do not modify print program and eventhough you need to get data from some other tables ,.. use

/: PERFORM NAME IN PROGRAM NAME

/: USING VAR1

/: USING VAR2

/;CHANGING OUTPUT.

/:ENDPERFORM

Call your form routine in se38 by creation of program and this form routine will use ITCSY Structure..

use the following Script forms/ programs

Got t0 NACE

take the application type ME

press output types

for GI

the std output type we use is WA01

Script form = WA_SCHEINVERS1

program = /SMB40/M07DR

smartform = /SMB40/MMGI1_A

for GR

the std output type we use is WE01

Script form = WESCHEINVERS1

program = SAPFM07P_SMART

smartform = /SMB40/MMGR1_A

Copy the script form/smartform and modify it and attach the Z form in the same NACE tcode. Mostly you may not need to modify the program.
