ATP check during order create with BAPI

Hello,

I am looking at different BAPIs and FMs to create/simulate an order. However, none of them seem to do an ATP check . As per SAP notes that I found this issue was resolved in 4.6C but I am not able to get it to work in 4.7 also. I am not able to get the schedule line information when creating an order.

Did any one else get this to work ?

Hello Anu,

have you tried to use BAPI_SALESORDER_SIMULATE? It returns you in the Table ORDER_ITEMS_OUT the field QTY_REQ_DT which is the avaliable quantity.

Sorry, I did not see your comment earlier.

We have a custom wrapper around SD_SALES_ORDER_CREATE and it has a table EX_VBEP in which the multiple schedule lines are returned after the ATP check. The only problem though is that the items_out returns only the earliest available qty so for we had to do some math to get the complete order quantity out thro our wrapper.

I'm testing the BAPI_SALESORDER_SIMULATE, I need to get the ATP availability to make an availability report, but the field QTY_REQ_DT returns me the same value of the field REQ_QTY.
