      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;If i am wrong sorry to answer this quesiton&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;to check the po whether it is open.. check the below condition...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EKPO-ELIKZ = ' ' , then that po is considered as Open PO.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
