Regd Smartform (Personal Area Text)

Hi Experts,

I want to display the (Personal Area Text) in my smartform from table

T500P-Name1.

In my smartform , i hv declared a import parameter PCODE TYPE PBTXT. and in the driver program, my code is like

Tables : T500P

data : PCODE TYPE PBTXT.

PCODE = T500P-name1.

But in the print preview, the personal area text is not coming. Please advice.

Hi Preeti,

Have you included the field PCODE in any of the window elements.

if yes how have you done it , if you merely type &pcode& it will not work ... you need to use the pushbutton with the "+" sign to insert new fields else they dont work.

Hi Preeti,

In ur smartform ,declare a import parameter PCODE exactly as same as u have defined in ur driver program.

pcode like T500P-NAME1 and then call SF fun module.

and pass

export

pcode = t500p-name1.

I have dont exactly the same. Please see the code below.

tables : pa0001, pa0000, pa0041, pernr, T500P.DATA : PAREA TYPE PERSA,

EMPNAME TYPE EMNAM,

EMPNO TYPE PERSNO,

DATEDEM TYPE DATS,

DATE TYPE SY-DATUM,

POSIT TYPE PLANS,

ORGUNIT TYPE ORGEH,

PCODE like t500p-name1.

ORGUNIT = P0001-ORGEH.

PCODE = t500p-name1.

DATEDEM = p0041-dat01.

In my smartform also, i have decaled import para like

PCODE like t500p-name1..... still its not working.

HI PREETI,

Please check is the data fetched from table in driver program by debugging and pass the 'pcode' to smartform.

eg: call 'smartform'

exporting

pcode = pcode.

In smartform u have to declare 'pcode' in import parameter. check data is fetched or not .if data is fetched check the window size or template size watever u used...
