Change request number

Hi friends,

I have modified a form using SE71 - Sapscript and saved. (while saving it did not ask for the CRN No. to create.) Now I want to transport the same to production server, but unable to find the CRN no. Kindly let me know as to how to get the CRN No., using which I can transport the same to Production server.

Kindly guide me.

there is no version mgt. available for scripts...you have to export the script to your presentation server from dev. and then import the same in the production using prog. RSTXSCRP...for more details on that prog. just search the forum for RSTXSCRP

HI,

if u save the script in any of the package other than local packages(like $tmp) then only it will asku the CRN.in that case only u can transfer that from dev to production.

Hi Mark,

Got to SE10 transaction, give your user id in USER field, check only modifiable and workbench checkboxes and execute. Check in the requests - changes done in script by you will be there under any of the requests.

What has happened must be that you were using some transport request before and that was not released, so by default it saved your script in the same transport.

plz search the transport request number in SE09 by checking the check box not released if it is not released or else released if it is already a released request number.

Hi,

follow like this ,

goto SE03. click on the include objects in the transport request ..choose the radio button "Selected Objects" . Give "Form" & form name in the text field & select the check box & press enter ... after all these execute. u will get ur form name.

now place the cursor on the form name & click on the "in request" push button in the application tool bar . Now create the new request or choose the existing request.

Hello,

Try finding out whether the SAP script is already present in any open request . You can check this by going to SE03 and give the following entry

R3TR FORM <Name of the SAP Script> (Also select the check box on the left side) and execute . If you find any open request with the SAP script you can move that particular transport to production .

Else include the sap script in a transport by creating a new transport via SE01. Place the cursor on the newly created transport and right click to get the various option . Select the Include objects -- > Freely selected objects. You would now get the same screen as in se03 give the same entry and execute . You will have the object in the tranpsort which can now be transported to the production system.

Hi,

You can use standard program RSWBO052 to change development class.

the last line printed will be like:

R3TR DTEL Data Element

In the Next blank line

1)check the box

2)insert FORM under DTEL

3)insert the form name

4)Press F8 or Execute 5

5) double click and change the class
