RMDATIND is to upload the material master from excel to sap

Hello,

RMDATIND is a standard Direct Input Program for the creation of Material . The report creates a material by taking the data from the Application server.

The report to download the data into a file is RMDATGEN. Please also go through the Documentation of both the reports.

Hi,

RMDATIND is a direct input program

Transfer Material Master Data by Direct Input

You use this program to transfer material master records to the R/3 System by direct input online for test purposes.

The program reads the sequential file specified in it as a parameter and updates the data in the material master records. Test only small files (of not more than say 10,000 materials) since the memory space required in test mode is much larger than in live mode.

I am using program RMDATIND via LSMW and when i execute the program

after each 5000 transaction i got the message MG 146 (The material number 0 is allowed only after internal number assignment )

2008-07-29	16:58:12	Transaction 0000005001; material number 0; error gravity E	MG	428	I

I did not found any note to correct this problem, is there anyone have the same problem
