HOW TO INTEGRATE ABAP-HR SUBMODULES ( I.E TIME MANAGEMENT,BENIFITS,PAYROLL ) TO ONE OTHER.

Hi,

All are related in the HR.

say take the example of an employee.

He applies a Leave for 2 days. that goes to time managment module

He receives his salary at the end of the month. Which comes from Payrolland he receives some bonus, or some DA once in a Year or at the time of retirement he receives some Gratuity which is his benefit.

So all are interlinked with an Employee

And in all the related Infotypes PERNR employee number is the key field.

So with the hlp of it you can fetch the linked data and use.

Only thing is that each sub module data is stored in different types/number of infotypes.

Like Tim data in infotypes starting PA2000 onwards

Pay roll data stored in PCL1, PCL2 clusters.

in different methods/ways we fetch the data from the relavent tables.

All submodules data are stored in various infotypes tables. PERNR is the key field which links all these tables. So, by this all sub modules are inter linked as such.
