Does any one know please help me,

I want attach a file from the local system into one of the field in Customised screen and double clicking on the file path it has to open that particular file in a sepatate window.

Please provide me a sample code that will be a great ,

Hi Chiva

If you can do OLE calls you can refer to the tutorial Charles has mentioned.

Or, you can store the path info and use the static method<b>CL_GUI_FONTEND_SERVICES=>EXECUTE</b> or the function module<b>GUI_EXECUTE</b> (the older version WS_EXECUTE is obsolete) to call the relevant program to open the file.
