ALV shading issue

Our user is running Tcode CADO (Display Time Sheet Data) in 4.6C. They manipulate the ALV data with subtotals as they want.

Previously, when they printed the ALV, our printer would print out gray shading where the subtotal lines are. Now, those rows do not have any shading. I've replicated this on 2 other printers.

Is there some user setting they switched off? This is a standard SAP report so we haven't touched it.

Hi robert,

if you use SAP NETWORK PRINTERS configured with SAP standard drivers it should work. If you print on local windows printers via SAPLPD/SAPGUI try to change SAPLPD settings (use color).
