DATASET_PIPE_POSITION error in OPEN DATASET

our production system sends hundreds of mail by dataset filter method but we get short dump errors for most of them all the time.i sending code part part when get error below

error type : DATASET_PIPE_POSITION

OPEN DATASET file FOR OUTPUT IN TEXT MODE

FILTER 'C:\REMOTE_OLE\MAILFILTER.EXE'.

<b>Cause:</b> You tried to open a pipe that is already open.

Runtime Error: DATASET_PIPE_POSITION

In Unicode programs, the file must not yet be open in the current program; otherwise a treatable exception occurs.

your path 'C:\REMOTE_OLE\MAILFILTER.EXE' cannot be correct

for your applicationserver

i can send mail successfully by this code most of time but sometimes i get this short dump error.what can the reason be ? it tries to open dataset from a file in operating system "mailfilter.exe" .can it be reason because of simultaneously reaching this file at the same time?

error i got :

File "c:\remote_ole\mail\XFKJOUSI.dat" could not be closed from the operating

The current program, "????????????????????????????????????????", had to be

terminated because a capacity limit has been reached.

This is probably due to a very large dataset, for which there are

insufficient resources in your installation.

The file "c:\remote_ole\mail\XFKJOUSI.dat" could not properly be closed by the

operating system.
