Derived roles

I am working with roles, i changed a master role, generated the derived ones and then transported the roles to QA, now in QA I find the derived ones need to be generated again , why is that so, what place am i going wrong.

Did you check the checkbox "Also Transport Generated Profiles for Single Roles" when you create the transport request?

hi,

As you said that you have changes master role(parent role),you have generated

derived role.

After changes to master role(ie parent role) did you genereate it ie using two arrows.

Also Transport Generated Profiles for Single Roles when you create the transport request.
