ALV- Additional field.

I am using the ALV report to display Payment Run data.

In the offset it is displaying some fields. Now my requirement is to display an additional field cost center.

Can some one plz help....

Hi,

If it is a custom program..

Add the cost center column to the field catalog internal table..

And make sure the cost center column is there in the output internal table..

Are you talking about the adding an extra field to tha std ALV program?

Check the layouts and fields whether this field is already fetched and not displaying in the output, you can move to output.

but if this field is not fetched then have to copy the std ALV list program and to add this field to the internal table by fetching it from the respective table and to build the field catalog and to display in the output.

Add the cost center column to the field catalog internal table..in ur final internal table and add that field in the field catalog also.

ZRFZALI30...is this a standard program.

The program that i have to edit was initially done by some one else.

but it has ZRDZALI30 in the initial comments....so i figured its copied.

and the cost center field was not fetched anywhere in the output.

so my program ZRFZALI20 is the one. Do I have to make changes to this....or copy this and make changes????

ZRFZALI30... is not a standard program make changes in tht itself.
