problem while passing blank value in LSMW

This is regading BOMIn the data file for a field named SANKA the value is given as X and it is getting updated in the transaction cs02 but while a blank value is passed it's not getting updated i mean the particular filed is should be unchecked which is not happening.

Any suggestions....???

The problem is when we create BOM with Transaction CS01 a particular field is having value 'X'.This is an input field.<b>But when i pass a null value i.e. space it is not getting updated i.e. the field is still holding the value 'X' instead of a space</b>.

Can u please help on this issue................

put ! exclamation mark instead of leaving field blank , system will read it as null

Hello,

Try a slash instead of blank space: '/'.

(or could be a backslash '\', either way, it was one of these 2)
