Hi all.

Senario:

Idocs are generated in SAP.

Are sent to a non-sap destination systen through a RFC.

Now my Problem:

The idocs are generated in SAP properly.

But I am not receiving the idocs in the non sap system.

Question:

Is there any transaction available wher in I can check if teh idocs are successfully sent or not.

like for example if i enter the idoc number in that transaction it will give me where it went into an error once sent outof sap.

When an IDOC was sent to a outside system , you have to check the EDI subsystem, whether is there any problem in that or not.

We will come to know the status of the each idco, whether it was correctly sent or not, where it struck up? what's the problem? so STATUS of idoc helps to know the correct problem.

Hi Rashmi,

You can check the IDoc status in transaction WE02. Just give the IDoc message Type and execute.

Then, check the status record.

You can goto Tcode WE02 and check the Idoc...

Else in the processing log of the output type that triggers the Idoc, The message gets updated and you can get the Idoc number. By checking the status of the ouput type u can verify if the Idoc has been posted.
