propose multiple output types for a single appl document

Hi,

Is it possible to propose multiple output types from a single sales order?

i have a req where i have to propose multiple idoc's from the SO, let's say i have 2 line items with 2 plants, i have to propose two output types when we save the SO, so that it will create 2 idocs.

I Belive it is not possible by using standard one.

if you need create Idoc for each line item level,then you need to write custom abap ,then do the all configuration.

First thanks for the reply, secondly, can u elaborate what u have said in your previous reply, also my requirement is to generate multiple idoc's from the SO with plant info at the line item level.

Hi Kashif,

It is possible to create miltiple idocs for the So. Just you need to do is to Create multiple message types for the same idoc type. Then based on what ever it might be as plant, company code etc and Message type, you can diffirentiate Idoc and generate.
