BI - Analysis Authorizations

Bonjour,

We have upgraded to BI 7.0 (technical upgrade only), with a very tight budget, we are now looking to tackle some of the new features IE: Broadcasting etc...

One thing we have been asked is can we live without migrating to the new concept of Analysis Authorizations.

What is take your on this?

Hi,

you have the choice in the customizing

but SAP recommend...

Thanks I know we have the choice and I realize that SAP recommends to, but who has upgraded to BI 7.0 and is there any serious impacts in not migrating to the concept of analysis authorization.
