there are two type of testing done in SAP

one is technical testing or unit testion

second is functional testing or regression testing

the first testing is done by the technical consultant who developed that particular object with the test cases available with him

the second one done by the functional consultant wiht the test cases available with him.

the respective test cases developed by the repective people who are going to test the object.
