To make Local Text Elements Transportable

Hi all,

In a user exit, I have the text elements ( Text Symbols ) local ....

How can I make it Transportable ?

I can't find goto --> Object Directory Entry for the Text Elements to include it in a TR ...

HI,

Use the program RSTXTRAN to transport the text elements. Add the Request number and in that an transport the same.

Hi,

Goto SE38 and give the program name RSTXTRAN and press execute, then it will ask the Standard text name, give that and press execute, and it will ask the Request name, the request will be a customized request

Hi,

When you are creating the Text element for the first time, when you save it asks for the Request. then it saves automatically in the same request of the code.

other wise you can go to the request

double click on it, change

then enter the object for this text elements like

R3TR -REPT-<program name>

it will be added.

the program RSTXTRAN is used to add request for Long Texts created in SO10.
