regarding Form

Hi experts,

i have beeen asigned for report the report presentaion is given as R/3 ALV and Downloadble to excel.

Plz tell me what is the meaning of this?it is an existed program and it has no selection screen and it in descrption it is given as the report is triggerd by release of production orders.

So,plz tell me is the program is relaetd to Form? if not what is the meaning of R/3 ALV and Downloadble to excel.

No , it is not a Form.. it is just a simple report program , which displays the list output in ALV List or ALV Grid form...

This ALV format will have a standard GUI status with all standard options ( like Sort , print, etc...).

In these options u will have one Push button in the application toolbar which downloads the list output to an Excel file in the presentation server ...

ControlshiftF7 is the function code for this pushbutton.

It is just a simple ALV report search forum there are lots of example for that or you can look for standard examples in tcode ABAPDOCU also.
