hi,

can anyone tell me how to look the print preview before printing the sap output.

i coulnt see any button for that.

uncheck

- print immediately and

- release after output option

than you can preview it by transaction: sp01.

if it helps please give points.

hi,

thanks for your reply .

i haven't got an option release instead i got delete, i have unchecked both the option.

but i cannot open the trnasaction sp01.

because i am not authorised to open the tansaction is there is any way i can preview the output before print.

From which transaction are you trying to print?

Maybe there is a "print preview option" or

"issue output to->screen" from the menu.

If there is none you may ask system admin for authorization of tansaction sp01.

Hi,

You might just try out a small option which works in some cases. Go to transaction SE93 (transaction maintenance). Give the transaction code SP01 and display the details. Now Test the transaction (SP01). In some cases, you will be able to succeed.

this might due to permission issue, i will talk to my sys admin, i am just executing the alv and pressing ctrl + p i am getting a print screen.

that set.
