Merge the two TR's and release them

2. Comment the changes done by other User and delete the TR R2. Now activate the Function group and include all the objects under TR R1. Release TR R1. Uncomment the changes and create a new TR say R3.

Best regards,

Prashant

Hi All,

I have developed an FM under Function Group say FG1 and saved it in a request say R1.But when I looked at R1 it has no FG1 but only FM name. The FG1 has fallen in to someother users request say R2 under some other task . I included the FG object into my request R1 and deleted the task from the other users request R2.

Now when I tried to release the Request R1 ,it says that the object FG is locked and the other user has to release his request R2 for my request R1 to be released .

The request R2 has got another task which has object FG1 in it. How can I release my request R1

Thanks and Regards

Arshad.A

Hi,

Transport Tasks/ request are User dependent and client dependent.

So the user who creates a task/request for it has to release first or delete it.

then only you can add/ delete from your side.

So first see that the all the objects are deleted from other users Tasks/requests first.

then add all of them into a single request of you.

Even if they are under different request of you you can merge them into a single request and release.

reward points if useful

regards,

ANJI
