need help on developing an interface

hi can any one help me in developing an idoc interface..i am assigned to develop an interface thro idoc where in i need to pass information from my clients legacy system to SAP.information that needs to be passed thro an idoc are Handling unit number, weight of carton and pick confirmation. this interface needs to be triggered at the time of delivery creation in WM.its very urgent ..any help would be greatly appreciated..
