sod is for clasification of functions like who has to take care of wat.. but who is goin to decide the classification of duties?

As already posted its indeed the Business Process OWners. Your Industry would contain certain Buisness processw hich contain some responsible persons.

They indeed sit with your SOD/SOX specialists and may be yor SAP consultants also can provide some healthy inputs.

Such workshops have an outcome where this SOD is termed out.
