Hi friends,

I got a task on User Exit :

create a PO with order acceptance (AB). now save the order and automatically should create a second entry in the table EKES (LA entry).

I didnt understand it can any one give description of what is this and how to solve it.

you might try FM EXIT_SAPMM06E_013

It is called in dialog when user pressed "SAVE".

Maybe you have success in modifyin XEKES, which holds the values, that will be inserted.

BAPI_PO_CREATE1 ---To create PO.

I am new to USer Exits.

Can you give complete description of what I have to do and

step by step how to deal this

Could you please give the code what we will write in the includes.

Can this method also work to have new PO default with the return field checked? If not, how can i create a new return PO type with defaults for storage location and return flag checked? thanks in advance - email me at michaeljames8@hotmail.com

Create the project in CMOD Transaction starting with Z* or Y* ( As per ur company starndards)

give the enhncement name : MM06E005

save it -> click on component

here use -> Function module EXIT_SAPMM06E_013 ( This one will trigger when save the purchase order ( ME21N or ME22N)

include program ZXM06U44 - you need to write the logic as per req.

use YEKET Strcuture - manipulate the data and update the data.

Activate the project ( Ignore awrning message ( Yellow color ) ,do not use committ work within user exit.

keep the break point and now use po transaction for testing

Hi Seshu,

Need to add field default settings for SAP transaction code ME21 (create PO). The fields we want to add defaults to are: EKPO-RETPO to be checked, valuation type (EKPO-BWTAR) to defaulta character string "ATT" and storage location (EKPO-LGORT) to default a value "003" when the user is creating a purchase order with transaction code ME21.
