Interface questions

I'm new, so can anyone please help me with the following interfaces:

1. Receipt confirmation interface to notify the client that the goods were received into the warehouse

2. An inbound interface to create the sales orders

3. An outbound interfaces to send Invoice and Shipping notifications to the customer

My basic questions are:

1. What are the transactions for each interface to trigger?

2. What are the standard IDOC types which can be used for these interfaces?

3. What are the configuration steps needed for these interfaces?

Hi,

1. What are the transactions for each interface to trigger?

You can setup the partner profile (WE20) to transfer immediately for outbound IDoc(s) or trigger immediately for inbound as well.

If you setup to trigger by background program then you can use program RSEOUT00 to process outbound IDoc(s) and RBDAPP01 for inbound IDoc(s).

2. What are the standard IDOC types which can be used for these interfaces?

You can use IDoc type ORDERS05 for sales order, INVOIC02 for invoice and DESADV01 for shipping notification.

3. What are the configuration steps needed for these interfaces?

Please check this links on how to configure an inbound and an outbound IDoc.
