Difference between parking and save as complete.

Hi,

Can you please tell me the exact difference between parking and posting a FI document?How will the data base content differ if a document is parked and when a FI document is saved as complete? How does these 2 differ from posting FI document?

No, The database content of that table will be same. BKPF,BSEG etc.

(only the parking field will differ)

But, the tables where balances are stored, will not get updated.

It will get updated only when we POST the document.

Hi Amit,

Even if we park or save the document as save as complete, the "Document Status" field remains the same.Can you please tell me which is the parking field and parking field difference between parked document and save as complete document.
