SmartForms: LB_BIL_INVOICE, Problem with Print preview ??

Hi all,

I am want to see print preview of standard sap smartforms LB_BIL_INVOICE. So, but i am getting error message after selecting print perview "Error in address output (name not filled).". I am working on 4.7. Any one has idea about this...

Hi Vipin,

I realized a similar task some weeks ago.

Since I need the print preview of preliminary documents before they are stored on the database, I

- used a copy of the standard smartform

- enhanced the interface with the data which cannot be read from the database (in my case through the function PRELIMINARY_POSTING_DOC_READ)

- enhanced the interface with a flag, telling the smartform if it should read from the database or from the form interface

- I used the tab conditions to ask for this flag at the critical nodes, requiring this differentiation
