You call that to raise an event, which could trigger a process chain directly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check your Windows .exes to see if you have sapevt.exe.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>Calling an ABAP FM from VBscript or NT Script</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have a situation where we have a Windows FTP drive share mounted with the BI app server. On this share drive a VBscript executes copying some files over. Based on certain conditions we want to execute a process chain. Is there any way to call the ABAP FM to raise an event from the VBscript?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or if that is not possible, can the VBscript be called from ABAP?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Shailesh&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
