In between the line items i have to reduce the space. Can you help me in this .

hi,

u have to specify different paragraph for line items with reduced space between the lines.

i dont think it is possible to do so . ya but u can increase the height of line using new paragraph format text formating.

why do't u use / command in between two lines printing the script.

i think this is one of method.

Hi,

There are folowwing attributes for a paragraph:

Line Spacing

No Blank Lines

Page protection etc.

create your own paragraph and

Reduce the Line spacing to meet your requirement.

If it is a group of lines printed together then click on the 'No Blank Lines'

If it is address like thing, then check the third 'Page protection'.
