Standard Smart Forms

Hi friends,

Are there any standard smart forms like sap scripts in SAP? How can i find those standard smart forms? In realtime scenario whether standard smart forms are used generally in most cases or we need to develop smart forms from scratch?

Please let me know SD standard smart forms ( for Inquiry, quotation, sales order, purchase order, delivery, billing )

Go to SMARTFORMS transaction.

Press F4 and you can see the existing smartforms.

based on the descriptions, you can filter out the one you need.

Do an SE16 ion Table STXFADM.

Please check also tables TNAPR and TTXFP.

Also see the note 595812: it explain how to download the preconfigured smartforms.

Detailed information can be accessed at the site:

To download preconfigured smartform package, please:

1. Go to http://service.sap.com/installations, select tab "download".

2. On the right hand side screen, locate navigation tree node

SAP Software Distribution Center->Download->Installations and Upgrades->

Entry by Application Group.

3. In the main window (right hand side), follow the path

SAP Best Practices->Best Practices for mySAP All-in-One-> PRECONFIGURED

SMART FORMS, you can find available preconfigured smartform versions.

one more way to find

You just go to transaction SE80(Object Navigator)

and in that enter Package BC470

which contains the standard Programs on Smart forms ,

I think there you can find some Smart forms in those programs.
