Hi,

Is there nay possibilty that if we delete a program from SE38...can we get it back?

Hi,

If you have created a request, and the dat and co files exist for that request, then even if you delete from SE38, you can fetch the program from co and data files.

Hi,

You can use version management if it was a transportable program. Create the program with the same exact name as it was, then go to Utitlies, Versions, Version Mangagement, you will be able to retrieve the last version.

Create a program with the same name as earlier (which is deleted)
Click on "Utilities" --> "Versions" --> "Version Management"
Select the version of your earlier program and click on display.
Your earlier program is displayed here.

If you transported it, look at SE03 transaction for "Transport Organizer Tools"

There look into all dev requesr for objects R3TR PROG and R3TR PGMS with the name of your program.

Also recreating the program can re-activate older version in utilities/version management
