BAPI for DP82 Transaction

Hi Experts,

Is there any bapi available for transaction DP82 ( Resource related billing).

We are planning to automate quotation creation process by entering WBS element through DP82.

Nope, sorry but I have also searched and found nothing. This functionality is currently (and forever???) closely linked to SAPGUI processing. This means that you can not use this functionality like in a BAPI call. To my knowlegde there is no strict separation of business logic and GUI functionality.

They are mixed together making it very difficult to use "outside" SAPGUI. I did this research on SAP 4.7 and now on ERP2005 and things have not changed,

You may find some function modules that can help a bit if you trace tx DP82 for instance but hardly a "complete" solution.

Hi,

We are using resource relted billing too. We are creating Quoation using transaction DP81 with reference to inquiry line item which is account assing to WBS element.

Unfortunately, there is not BAPI available.

Hi RS,

I have a problem with DP81. I created the project and inquiry account to WBE. When I run the transation, the system return this message error: "No expenditure items found".
