Hi friends,

1) Please tell howe to validate the fields for creating sales order (BADI_SD_SALES_ITEM and BADI_SD_SALES_BASIC)

2)on which fiels we normally do validations on sales order.

Please help me in this regard

Hi,

Generally when you are creating a sales order, the fields like Order type(AUART), and the sales fields(VKORG<VTWEG,SPART) and the Sold to, Ship to party (KUUNR,KUNAG) fields are to be validated. At the item level Material, qtyfields are must, so they have to be present.

So search for these fields in the BADI method and write the validations.

in which version u are working ? If u are <=4.7 then these BADIs are useless.
