View documents from portal

Hello All,

The application i'm developing requires viewing documents linked to a SAP object from portal. I am able to create/checkin documents from portal ( using 'BAPI_DOCUMENT_CREATE2' ) to an object, but I have problem display/ viewing the document.

EX: When a PO is displayed in portal, I should be able to view the documents attached to it if I click on the document number (created thru 'BAPI_DOCUMENT_CREATE2).

Any kind of help is highly appreciated.

call the follwoing FM to get the content 'CV120_KPRO_CHECKOUT_TO_TABLE' and then use the returned content to display the document (its the document content in xstring format which you can set it as repoonse for the page)

I'm able to get the file data in vinary using file ID, but what is the 'SDOK_CLASS' in structure 'SDOKOBJECT'?

SDOK_CLASS stands for Document Class & the possible values can be found by doing a look up for the Table SDOKIOCL in SE16N.
