Adding text to screen

Hi Friends,

I have designed a screen in SE51, now my requirement is to add some heading on that screen, Can any one tell me how to add text with bigger size for the screen.

Hi,

For this,u can use the 'Label' on the Toolbar.

There will be a 'T' on the toolbar. Use that for adding text on to ur screen.

Hi,

You can add Texts using the element LABEL .

But you can't increase or decrease the font of the text on the screens.

it is fixed.

Hi Line,

If the Heading is displayed through SET TITLE BAR or through Program attributes, then you cant change the size of the heading.

Alternative is to create a TEXT Element on the screen and assign it the heading in the PBO.

Hi Turbin,

Simply follow these 3 steps:

1. Use " SET TITLEBAR 'TITLE' " Statement before calling the desired screen, ie., it should be done in PBO.

2.Double click on the TITLE , so that you will get a Window.In that you are asked to write some description that you want to put as a screen HEADING.

3.After completing above two steps, call the ur desired screen.

Now you will get the screen with title what you mention......

This solves ur problem.

good

you can create a level for that particular screen and increase its size as per your requirement.

1-select the T symol in the left hand side of the screen

2-give the name of that particular label as per your requirement

3-doble click on that,another screen ll appear i

4-increase the size of the lebel there as per your requiremnt.
