Version missing in VRSD table

Hi,

We are facing the problem in Version Management issue. Some of the request are missing in version management history.

Finally we found that the entry which are in VRSD table is displayed in the program version management. E070 is the master table for Change request.

Would you please tell me the SAP note recently came out which is creating this problem?
