Error while implementing the SAP note ,

Hi,

I am trying to implement the noe 951356 in R/3(4.6C). But its ending up with an error message "Edit objects separately since they cannot be transported together"

Any idea on this?

Details:

The objects R3TR NOTE 0000951356 and LIMU REPS RIFLET20 cannot be edited together because only one of them can be transported out of this system. The other cannot be transported out of this system.

Hi,

from my understanding of the problem, it looks like RIFLET20 wasn't yet created in your system rigth?

So, from a prerequisite note, 378165 - List output for vehicles and

887843 - Lists: Search with 'status inclusive' - dump during refresh

, you have created report RIFLET20.

For some reason, i think you must separately implemente first note 378165 and 887843. Release/transport the report and only after that, you can implement note 951356, that changes the object RIFLET20.

hi Rosa,

I have implemented the 378165 & after that when trying to imlement the other note i am getting the error. also note 887843 is obsolete.

Hi,

This might be the issue.

When you implemented note 378165, it must have created a transport request. The report RIFLET20 is included in this transport request.

Now when you try to implement OSS note 951356 and if you try to create another transport request it will give you an error since the object <b>LIMU REPS RIFLET20</b> already exist in transport for 378165.

If this is what heppening, then you will have to first release the transort request for OSS note 378165 and then implement OSS note 951356. Also when you move the transport 378165 should go first and then 951356.

Let me know if this does not solve your problem.

it's transport from SAP itself , i have check this also but this object is not locked.

I had the same problem with this note on development system. Then I tried to implement this note in our QAS. On QAS this error didn't occour. I also noticed that object is not locked.

Did you find a solution for this error?

please check you're domain controller on dev system

I have checked domain controler and it is configured correctly. Besides other notes were implemented correctly without any problems on dev. system.

Note number 378165

First step was to import the SAPSERV transport from location that is defined in report

ftp://sapserv3/general/R3server/abap/note.0378165

With this request report RIFLET20 was imported but with syntax errors.

After this step I have tried to implement note 378165 (transaction SNOTE) with hope that this will repair all errors. When I try this I get an error:
