Hi all:

i need to create a report program like the Tcode PC00_M32_CLJN but a have to do to comparing with other period for example the programa has to show me the information of the period 1/2006 comparing with the period 2 /2006 like an example.

Where i can find all the info of that transaction

Payroll journal

Description

This report creates the payroll journal from already existing payroll results.

The payroll journal is comprised of 4 individual forms:

Page header

You edit a page header at the beginning of each printed page.

Payroll excerpts

Payroll excerpts are printed in the 'detailed pages' in order to display individual payroll results.

Continuation excerpts

If there is a page change during the editing of a payroll excerpt, the form is printed on the new page before the rest of the payroll excerpt is edited.

Totals display

A totals display is printed once in the totals pages and after the header page has been edited. This form therefore adopts an analogous role to that of the payroll excerpts in the detailed pages.

The payroll journal can be freely formed.

In order to execute report you must answer three questions on the selection screen:

For which off-cycle run or for which period must the evaluation be executed?

To do this, complete the "Off-cycle run" or "Period determination" fields.

For which employees must the evaluation be made?

In order to do this, make the specifications in the other standard selection screen fields (for example, "personnel number").

What structure must the evaluation result have?

To do this, specifications are required for the respective report parameters.

Take into account that, independently of the report setting, all four forms need to be defined.

Output

It is possible to create and edit totals by means of individually edited payroll excerpts according to the settings made in the selection screen.

Warning:

It is not possible to use the output list as a reconciliation base with FI/CO data.
