    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The easiest way is to&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- download the data from the relevant tables (MARA, MARC, MBEW)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- upload the data with CATT (transaction SCAT).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With this way, no coding is neccessary.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In any other cases, you have to write a BDC, or BAPI, or smg like that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You might check transaction MM17 also (mass modify), but it is not exactly for this case.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tamá&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello SDN,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a requirement any help will be great..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have two company codes 0020 and 0673...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the need is to copy all the Materials (all attributes) related to company code 0020 to 0673.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anybody done anything like that before any suggestions code???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;venkat&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
