How to identify changes to outbound 'delivery header text' . is theres any table which we can look into ..tc:vl02 ~~>goto~~->header-->delivery header text

You can read the texts using READ_TEXT as Ravi said, but you will not be able to get them straight from the tables and also I don't think you will be able to find out what changed in the text. You will only be able to read what is there right now.

Pass your text ID to ID parameter, VBBK to OBJECT parameter and the internal format of your delivery number(with leading zeros) to NAME parameter.
