display serial numbers in sap script dynamically

Hi Everyone,

I have requirement to print the GL line items from Bseg and a std prog is being called while printing the SAP script. Now the issue is, the line items are to be numbered in serial numbers 1,2 ,3...depending on the number of GL line items for that particular invoice number.

the printing of the GL line items is completely controled by the driver prog which is std one.

please suggest me how to print the seriak numbers based on the line items available.

Im not getting u clearly ..

1,2 ,3...

GR has line items so u have posnr (item values ) there

here the items are numbered in table as 000001 000002 000003 already

cant you make use of these ?

in case u want a solution

need to declare a variable

in script as

data : val type i/c/n

increment it by 1 for every item

val = val + 1.

if u can elaborate the query as from which table u r having these items and item numbering then it will be easy for ur to give our input .
