idoc modification

Hi,

I have one question regarding IDOC.

I got one idoc form other system

i can see that idocin we02.

now i want to modify one field of it.

how can i do that ?

You can modify from <b>WE19</b>

Goto WE19 and pass the Idoc Num and double click the segment which u want to modify... and can process from there...

Even u can modify from <b>WE02</b> pass the idoc number and double click on the segment which u want to modify from left side in Data Records..

From the menu ...Data Records --> select Display/Change

Hi,

WE19 will create new IDoc and NOT modify the existing IDoc.

Please go transaction WE02 and select the IDoc number.

Then go to the segment that you want to change and click on the icon like book/folder. The system will take you to display data record for IDoc area and go to data record (menu) -> Display -> Change.

From here then you can change the IDoc data with new value(s). Once done, you can save and reprocess the edited IDoc.
