      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;select option you can select only one entry&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;select range you can select a range of entries in which you can exclude some entries&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;for example you need to select 1 to 10 excluding 5 to 8 and also 3.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Samrat&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For example you want to select a cost center 500,600 and 700.As all three do not follow a sequence,you go to select option and select them individually.This is select option.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the other hand,you want to process the payroll for employees with No:1-100;here you need not to enter the numbers individually.You choose " select range" give the value 1 to 100.This is Select range.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ramesh&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
